These Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to the provision of services itself. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, a “Customer” is any person—whether or not a User of the Website—who purchases, or wishes to purchase, a service offered on the Website.

To purchase a service from the Website or obtain a quote, the Customer must fill out the form available on the “Contacts” subpage or send an email to: joana@joananovo.com. joana@joananovo.com.

Once the message or email is received, Joana Novo will prepare a quote based on the information provided by the Customer. If insufficient information is provided to prepare the quote, Joana Novo will contact the Customer to present a more personalized quote tailored to the Customer’s needs.

Payments will always be made via bank transfer or MBWay.

The quote will specify the period during which the prices remain valid. After this period, Joana Novo is free to change them.

Any promotion or discount will apply only to services that have not yet been contracted. If the Customer has already contracted a service, the promotion or discount cannot be applied retroactively.

Delivery time varies depending on the specific service and Joana Novo’s schedule. The Client will be informed of the estimated delivery date for the service.

The Customer may cancel the service at any time; however, the Customer is not entitled to a refund, in whole or in part, of any amount already paid for the service.

Joana Novo reserves the right to refuse to provide any of the services offered on the Website, whether due to scheduling conflicts or for any other reason, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
