Eccovia

Charging in comfort.

A digital experience for a company transforming EV charging hubs into comfortable, functional spaces.

Webdesign · BrandGuide

A digital presence that clearly and simply communicates eccovia’s value to charging infrastructure operators.

Challenge

Making the complex easy to understand

eccovia develops modular infrastructure for EV charging hubs, combining toilets, smart stores, lounges and management software into an integrated solution for charging operators.

The business brought together design, construction, operations, physical infrastructure and technology. It needed a digital presence that could clearly explain how these elements work together.

The challenge was to organise a complex offering around real user needs and create a structure that would quickly communicate the problem, eccovia’s response and the value of its solution.

Approach

Building the experience around the value proposition

The work began by defining the information needed to communicate the business strategically through the website.

In collaboration with a copywriting agency, I identified the key messages, content requirements and supporting arguments, helping shape eccovia’s offering into a clear digital narrative.

The experience followed a progressive structure: beginning with EV drivers’ needs, presenting the challenge facing operators, then introducing eccovia’s response through its three service areas — Design, Build and Operate.

Solution

Connecting people, spaces and technology online

I developed the website and brand guidelines to make the relationship between user experience, modular infrastructure and digital management clear.

The page guides visitors from problem to solution, first presenting drivers’ needs, then showing how eccovia responds through physical spaces — toilets, smart stores and lounges — supported by digital tools for management, data visualisation and operational support.

The visual hierarchy, content requirements and section structure were designed to introduce a multilayered solution progressively, without requiring prior technical knowledge.

The result is a digital presence that positions eccovia as both an infrastructure provider and a company working to improve the entire charging experience — turning a practical stop into a place where people can rest, work or simply take a break.
